Is it right for me?

Our Online Standard Will is right for you if;

• You want to leave specific gifts to someone (up to 2);

• You have children under the age of 18 and you would like to appoint someone to look after them in the event both you and the children’s other parent pass away;

• You would like to leave donations to charities (up to 2);

• You have specific funeral directions you would like mentioned in your will;

• You have pets you wish to leave provisions for in your will (up to 2)

• You are planning on getting married soon.

In our Online Standard Will you will appoint your executors (you can appoint up to 2 executors and 2 substitute executors).

You will leave your rest of your estate to your spouse if you have one.

If you do not have a spouse, or in the event that your spouse dies before you, you will leave the rest of your estate to your children in equal shares.

Our Online Standard Will can also include a clause that if one of your children dies before you, then their share will go to their children (your grandchildren) at age 18.
