Hi! I’m Glenda Stares and I’m the Principal Solicitor of Shellharbour Legal Solutions.

I started Shellharbour Legal Solutions in 2013 as a mobile legal service so I could deliver my legal services differently.

As well as assisting people with their Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardians and Estate matters, I also regularly appear for clients in the Mental Health Review Tribunal.

And I also preside as a Senior Legal Member for NCAT.

And I’m Graeme White, Wills and Estates and Immigration Lawyer.

I have been working with Glenda since 2022, and now handle the majority of Shellharbour Legal Solutions’ Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardians and Estates matters, keeping up Glenda’s tradition of personalised service to our valued clients.

I am also registered as an Immigration Lawyer, specialising in matters for Australians who wish to bring their overseas partners into the country.
