Our Standard Enduring Power of Attorney is right for you if you want to appoint more than one attorney, or you want to appoint substitute attorneys to take over in the event your attorney dies or becomes unable to act as your attorney. You may receive advice on who is the most appropriate person or persons to act as your attorney and whether more than one person should be appointed.

You can also choose from a range of options as to when the power of attorney commences and you can authorise your attorney/s to make gifts to themselves, family members or any other people nominated by you, or limit the power the attorney has.

  2. We will make contact with you by telephone within 2 business days to confirm your instructions.

  3. You will receive the locked PDF draft of your Standard Enduring Power of Attorney in your email inbox (for you to review) within 2 business days of our phone call along with our tax invoice.

  4. You pay the tax invoice and within 1 business day you will receive the unlocked/ printable PDF of your Standard Enduring Power of Attorney in your email inbox.

  5. You then attend your local court house to have the document properly executed (an appointment will be required). If you can not attend a local court house, we can arrange for you to execute the document with us via video link but this incur a further charge of $50).
