Is it right for me?

Our Standard Enduring Guardian is for you if you wish to appoint more than one person to act as your Enduring Guardian, or you want to include substitute guardians to take over in the event your guardian dies or becomes unable to act as your guardian. You may receive advice on who is the most appropriate person or persons to act as your guardian and whether more than one person should be appointed.

If you appoint more than one guardian then advice will be given on whether you should appoint them jointly or separately.

You will not receive any legal advice with our Online Standard Enduring Guardian.

Great! There’s just 4 easy steps!

1. You complete and submit the online form. It should take you around 15 minutes.

2. You will receive the locked PDF draft of your Standard Enduring Power of Attorney in your email inbox (for you to review) within 2 business days along with our tax invoice.

3. You pay the tax invoice and within 1 business day you will receive the unlocked/ printable PDF of your Standard Enduring Power of Attorney in your email inbox.

4. You then attend your local court house to have the document properly executed (an appointment will be required). If you can not attend a local court house, we can arrange for you to execute the document with us via video link but this incur a further charge of $50).
