1.  You complete and submit the online form. It should take you around 10 minutes.

2. You will receive the locked PDF draft of your Simple Enduring Power of Attorney in your email inbox (for you to review) within 2 business days along with our tax invoice.

3. You pay the tax invoice and within 1 business day you will receive the unlocked/ printable PDF of your Simple Enduring Power of Attorney in your email inbox, along with instructions on how to have the document validly executed.

4. You then attend your local court house to have the document properly executed (an appointment will be required). If you can not attend a local court house, we can arrange for you to execute the document with us via video link but this will incur a further charge of $50).
